Work Time Adjustment Agreements
Records that document agreements between the employer and the employee regarding a change in the employee's work hours. Records may include the official signed agreement, correspondence, and other related records.
Retain for three years after schedule is superseded then dispose of.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
