Student Allocation Summary Report
Records that document the cumulative funds and hours that a student has worked for a particular unit. Report may include student name, id number, unit, total number of hours, total amount of funds used and other related information.
Retain for current year plus four years then dispose of.
Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
