Records that document the application, admission, selection, and progress of students participating in special academic programs serving, guiding, and aiding Emory students. Records may include application, medical and health documentation, admission and non-acceptance documentation, recommendations and evaluative materials, correspondence, and other related records.

Disposition Instructions

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
