Registers of Test Logbooks
Retain for ten years from last date recorded in logbook then dispose of. If logbook contains information regarding minors then it must be kept until the minor's 27th birthday then disposed of.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
