Placement Survey Reports
Records that document results of a placement survey conducted every two years of recent baccalaureate graduates. Information may include career status or job title, continuing education, geographic location, source of finding employment, relationship of employment to major, salary, and other related information.
Retain for current year plus ten years then dispose of.
Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
