Monthly Gifts and Grant Reports
Records that document monies received through a gift or grant. Information may include account #, total funds received, withdrawal activity, current funds, and other related information.
Retain three years after the submission of the final financial report then dispose of.
Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
