Records that document lists of material owned by Emory either purchased with Emory or grant funds. List may include information on equipment, books, furniture, etc.

Retention Period

Retain grant related inventories for three years from the date of submission of the final expenditure report or, for awards that are renewed quarterly or annually, from the date of the submission of the quarterly or annual financial report, as authorized by the Federal awarding agency. Retain all other inventories until superseded then dispose of.

Disposition Instructions

Confidential destruction is not required. Paper may be recycled and electronic records deleted.
