Hazardous Waste Training Records
Records that document employees receiving training on the handling and disposal of hazardous material. Records may include date of training, sessions, contents or summaries of sessions, names of employees attending, and names and qualifications of instructors.
Retain for five years after training date then dispose of.

Confidential destruction is not required. Paper may be recycled and electronic records deleted.
