Graduate Student Tuition Remission Records

Records that document the remission of tuition for courses taken by eligible graduate students, such as research and/or teaching assistants. Records may include authorizations, reconciled lists, account summaries, and other related records.

Disposition Instructions

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
