Employment Testing Records
Records that document the testing process for classified positions administered by human resources staff. Records may include test records completed by qualified applicants; summary lists with scores; testing materials; correspondence; and other related records.
Retain for current year plus three year then dispose of.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
