Education and Training Materials
Records that document training, testing, or continuing education of employees. Records may include training manuals and aids, syllabi, course outlines, attendance rosters, and other related records.
Retain in personnel file for fifteen years after termination then dispose of.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
