These records contain original documents that record names and addressees of grantor and grantee, description of property, date property was transferred to grantor, cross-referenced volume and page number of Superior Court Clerk's plat books, and signatures confirming transaction.

Disposition Instructions

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
