Community Association Records

Records that document activities of associations within the Emory community. Associations may include but not limited to Clifton Corridor Transportation Management, Druid Hills, DeKalb County, Emory Village, and others. File may include background material, correspondence, reports, surveys, and other related records.

Retention Period

Confidential information should be restricted to only those with proper authorization. The Chairperson will appoint a records keeper and that person will maintain all official records of the proceedings. Permanent records include agendas, minutes, reports, and essential correspondence; Retain all other records for current year plus two then dispose of.

Disposition Instructions

Confidential destruction is not required. Paper may be recycled and electronic records deleted.
