This series documents student and employee exposure to hazardous chemicals. This series may include, but is not limited to: survey records containing dates, personnel names, and chemical information.
Retain 30 years from end of calendar year.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
