Records that document the filing of documents with a government agency for the purpose of incorporation of a business. File may include correspondence, certificate, government documents, and other related records.

Permanent. Original should be sent to Emory Archives for historical and preservation purposes and a copy maintained by unit.

Disposition Instructions

Records should be transferred to the University Archives when they are no longer administratively useful. Routine transfer every 10 years is recommended.
