Admission Records (Delayed)
Records that document a student whose application to the School is delayed due to incomplete information. File may include application, academic transcripts, correspondence, essays, bank statements, GMAT or Toefl examination reports, references, student waivers and other related records.
Retain for three years after application term then dispose of.

Confidential destruction is required. Paper must be shredded, pulped, or incinerated; electronic records must be overwritten or the storage media physically destroyed. Deletion of information in computer files or on electronic storage media is not sufficient.
